The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made through Inmed Corporation's online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Order Confirmation

  • Inmed Corporation reserves the right to approve or decline any order submitted through the website at its sole discretion. Upon acceptance, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and payment process. If your order is declined, we will notify you and issue a refund for any payment made.

Product Availability

  • Availability of products listed on the site is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of products at the time of purchase. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you and provide the option to either cancel your order or wait for the item to be restocked.

Pricing

  • Prices listed on the website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Prices at checkout reflect the rates applicable at the time of order confirmation, excluding any taxes, duties, or additional charges that may apply.

Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made using the accepted methods shown during checkout, including credit card or online bank transfer. Orders will be processed only after full payment is received. Any fees related to your chosen payment method are your responsibility.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Products are sold on an ex-works basis unless otherwise specified during checkout. If shipping fees are included, deliveries will be handled by third-party couriers to the address provided. Delivery timelines may vary based on factors like availability, location, and courier service. We are not liable for any delays, loss, or damage during transit. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within two (2) business days.

Product Warranty

  • Our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper handling, modifications, or normal wear and tear. It also excludes any additional costs related to product installation, maintenance, or use. We do not guarantee that the products will meet your specific requirements or intended use.

Warranty Claims

  • To file a warranty claim, you must contact us within seven (7) days of purchase and provide proof of purchase along with details of the defect. We will evaluate the claim and decide whether to issue a refund or replacement. In some cases, you may need to return the defective product at your expense for further inspection. Claims submitted after seven (7) days or without proof of purchase will not be honored.

Returns and Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within two (2) business days of receipt, subject to our approval. To initiate a return, contact us for a return authorization number. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all accessories and manuals included. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee, with a minimum of P500, or decline returns for used, damaged, or incomplete items.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action arising from these terms or related to your purchase will be exclusively handled in the courts of Quezon City.
